Shipping Details
We might face some delivery delays due to COVID-19 and Christmas period as announced by Australia Post but we will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
The costing for shipping is based on the total weight of all the products being purchased. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout. The prices are subject to change at any time. We currently ship to only to Australia and New Zealand.
We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Delivery is done via Australia Post. Orders placed by 7am will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this will be processed and dispatched the next business day. The time frames are dependant on those of Australia Post and can change without prior notice. Our delivery estimates should be used as a general guide only.
For orders in Australia:
- the delivery time for standard post is 3-10 business days after dispatch
- the delivery time for express post is 1-2 business days after dispatch
For orders to New Zealand:
- the delivery time for standard post is 5-10 business days after dispatch
- the delivery time for express post is 3-5 business days after dispatch
For International Orders to USA and Canada:

We currently offer standard shipping to USA and Canada and the delivery estimates are 10-25 business days.

International shipments are processed with a commercial invoice as required to ship internationally. Customs may make additional requests based on local regulations. We cannot guarantee that the additional information requested will be provided. The requests may differ depending on the order value, regulations, and other unpredictable factors.

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct and complete. Your phone number or email could be used by the shipping company to get in touch with you if they have problems delivering your order. Welliglow is not responsible if you incorrectly enter your address on your order and will not be responsible for your parcel if it is incorrectly delivered because of this reason.

You may be required to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also have to pay a handling fee for the shipment. These fees are not included in your shipping fees and you will be charged directly for them via the shipping carrier. Welliglow does not have any control over these charges.

Welliglow will not be responsible for packages refused or blocked by customs for delivery. Welliglow does not take responsibility for any extra fees charged to the customer.

If a package is returned to Welliglow due to a violation of a country’s import regulations, the customer will be responsible for all fees billed to Welliglow as a result. A refund will be issued for merchandise only, upon receipt of the returned package. If an order is seized and destroyed by customs due to regulatory issues, the customer will not receive credit for the merchandise or shipping cost.

Customs regulations vary by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. Please check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
